Does the ARTR come with a pinion gear? Also whats a good gearing combo for a 65t motor?

thanks

Yes. I just bought an ARTR today and it came with an 87t spur gear, a 14t pinion and motor screws. I ask the hobby shop if the Axial came with these and he wasn't for sure, but now I know."thumbsup"

The ARTR comes complete with everyting minus the electronics, It depends on if you going to use it for comps or a basher but imo the 65t will be to slow for a basher or a comp rig.......

I know next to nothing about electric stuff. Would something like a 45t motor be faster but with less torque?

I race 1/8 sclae offroad, and have decided to get into crawling. So, any tips or extra things I should know, throw them at me. "thumbsup"

I am runing a 35T motor and a rooster ESC. It seems to work very well with my ARTR. The wheel speed is not to fast but fast enough to save you from flipping."thumbsup"
