I wanna be Dave
What a great comp this was despite the lower then average number of drivers. The C2 courses were awesome, challenging and fun, some real thinkers! Thank you to the course builders for all three classes. I think this was the first comp in years that I didn't set a single course. "thumbsup"
Thank you to all the drivers for coming out and supporting ASTR, in particular our two long haul drivers, Rudy and Richard who came up from Tucson.
Special thanks to Rudy for taking care of tech and for always being there to step in where you can...and thanks for the use of the soldering iron so I could finish out my run and my next two courses, you're a life saver!
As a reminder, this was the last pre season comp of 2016. We will start up again in early January at which time you will only be allowed minor changes to your vehicle and will be required to compete with the same rig throughout the rest of the season. Get to building and upgrading, there is only 4 weeks or so before the first comp of 2017.
