Seriously, the designers musta dropped some great acid to come up with some of those ideas... Very cool, indeed.
The most interesting part is that most (if not all, I'm not gonna make any educated guesses) of the footage looks real - as in they actually drove the thing.

I get a bit sick of the whole concept car thing. Manufactures: "look here's this thing we can make... but we're not going to"
Hey, I was driving alongside a BMW i8 on my way home from work today - some concept car sh*t makes it on the road (eventually...).
It's not like that Audi is gonna be a 2020 production model or anything.

I see what you're saying though, Honda had a really cool RWD EV concept and decided to make it and it looks like its going to end up only slightly different to the concept car similar to the BMW I series. One bummer is its not coming here. Its honestly this first car in a while thats made me think I might want a new car.

Headlight drones? That shit won't make it ten feet into tight east coast trails. About the only cool thing is the performance stats, which are speculative at this point.

modern object avoidance is damn good on drones. they can fly between trees with ease now.

If it were that good, I'd have seen a MTB chase video by now using one. It's is damn good for AI at this stage of the game, but it's not good enough yet unfortunately. Then again, AI will eventually kill all of us, so maybe that's a good thing. :mrgreen:
