Well with the deal Horizon Hobbies had on these I couldn't pass on it. Have a few items coming to change the look a bit. Already swapped out the grill to look more like Casey Currie's. It's from Shaka Hobbies. Than have plans to upgrade parts to aluminum. But this will be a fun rig.

Very nice! These look like fun rigs.

I should have jumped on that deal, but my garage is currently full at the moment!:ror:

Boo! I thought i got a deal @ 430 ! Awesome to see another, and can't wait to see what you have up your sleeve.

Added a couple 3d printed items to the Hammer Rey. New radiator, exhaust and some sand ladders. Definitely changed the look. Thinking the ladders need to be a different color though.

Printed and added a Satellite radio system tonight and also got the sand ladders painted. Think it turned out pretty good.

Such a great looking buggy and those 3D printed parts made it even better! "thumbsup"

I've seen a few of these trucks scaled out and they end up looking really good while also performing well. Yours is certainly heading down that road.

I've only driven mine twice now, once on a bit of pavement and dirt, and the other on the beach. On 2s on the street is too much, and for the beach, it's boring! Do you feel like the swaybar helps with handling?

I run mine on 3s and it's definitely fast enough and not boring. And I do think the sway bar helps. I also have a rear locker I need to put in and put thicker fluid in the center and front diff.

I was so tempted to grab one of these at the sale but never did. Likely because my fast rigs almost never get run. You have added some nice touches. That thing must look great ripping across the shralp
