Has anyone figured out how to put batteries in the wheel when you are using aluminum knuckles on a clod stick? if so pictures please..
Thank You.

Find a piece of PVC that will fit over the round part of the knuckle. Cut it to size and slide it over. You can add a set screw to hold the pvc in place. Mount the batteries (I use hot glue because it's easy to remove) to the piece of PVC, while the PVC is on the knuckle. This will ensure the batteries are in the correct place when you run.
There is actually a specific drawing in one of the threads for making a knuckle pack. I tried to find it for someone last week. I was unable to locate it. It is there though so a while searching might benefit you. There is also a thread in the tyre forum about a chap who mounted his batteries inside the tyre actually within the wheel.
