10 Gallon Tuesday

It's Tuesday night, so why not have a 10 gallon brew session? As always, I like to have an inspiration beer. I've been looking for this guy for about a month or two, and I'm pretty excited that I found it (I'm easy to please :flipoff:). This is easily one of my favorite beers of the year.

I have been working on some new foams for my 2.2 Rovers at work.....luckily I had them with me today, and found they could be used for more important duties:

I started things off with 22oz. of my own pale ale...not Pliny the Elder, but still tasty:

As always, I like lots of these guys....

Happiness is 30 gallons of beer in your unfinished bathroom "thumbsup"

Supposedly July 4th weekend sells more beers than any other occasion.

Starting with some Sam Adams. This one is 9.0%!

Not my taste...but the alcohol content does what you expect. Finally got a hands on taste test.
EDIT...that was the Longshot Double IPA by Sam Adams.

Just got a Stone IPA 6 pack. First one was gone in about two minutes. Very good. Surprised I haven't gotten this before. Maybe I have. It does taste like something I've had before, another IPA.

And a fresh Natty Ice supply. :D

Now I'm gonna watch Land of the Lost.

BevMo has the Lagunitas IPA on club card for $7 and some change right now!

EeePee if you like the Stone try the Lagunitas some time you will like it also, they both brew great beer especially IPA's.

Oh and I tried the Stone Vertical Epic the other night (forgot to take a shot for this thread) wow is it dark, almost tastes like chocolate. It was worth trying but at $7 for a tall boy :shock:it was my last.

I waited until almost noon.

:flipoff:

I'm peeling some caps today!

Two Stone's and I think two Natty's. Maybe just one, but I just opened another. :ror:

Wheat beers eh Stan?

Yaeh, I tend to latch onto a couple that I like....Those Longshot IPA's just about did me in the other night:roll: I guess I'm getting old or something.;-)

I might need to make another run here soon, my stash is dwindling rapidly. At least my dumbass brother in-law can't handle anything more than a coors light. It'd be war if he touched my beers...although he does bring me a cold one when I run out. I'm getting him trained, he makes a good bitch!

Those Longshot IPAs are some serious stuff, I won't deny it. :ror:

These Stone IPAs are 6.9% and you can feel them pretty good. In a good way.

I might try those on a Friday or Saturday when I don't need to worry about work the next day. I'm kinda on a Colorado beer kick right now. Breckinridge, Left Hand...

About to get the iron fired up and clean up some wiring and make a parallel adaptor for my dual esc setup on Slim. Damn missing the 1st comp sucks! Beer on!8)

well, i hate to admit this, but here it goes, i didnt know about the whole IPA beer thing untill this thread. ive been drinking typical american regular and light beer due to the budget, and when money is on the inflow i like good english beers in general, bass, guiness, boddingtons, and a few others. so last night me and my love went to a 5 star resturaunt masons in sacramento (best god damn steak in my life good) and they had 3 beers to choose from and wine up to $2200.00 per bottle  im like wtf. anyways i got me Le freak, from green flash brewery. yeehaaa that boy had some kick.. like 9 point something percent alchohol. one big beer and i had a good buzz going...

looks like it may have won a 2nd place prize here
