Berg Bushings Needed

Anyone know where I can get a set of kingpin bushings for my Berg V2 axles? I know DLux has them, but shipping is $10 for a $19 part that could easily be put in a bubble envelope and shipped for $3.50 max. I may have to bit the bullet as I cannot locate them anywhere else. Hopefully someone here can point me to a source. Thanks in advance!
