Best Foam Combination

So what are the best C.I. foams for White Rovers on a 3.7-4.3 lb XR10? I'm going to say Narrow inners at least... And I'm thinking outers soft for the front and medium for the rear but what do you guys like to run? And what size? Also what foams for Boss Claws too with the same setup?

The width of the inners will depend on the width of the wheel you are wanting to use.

My stock rover foams leave a 1/4" air gap between the inside of the tire & the outside of the foam. They seem to bee too small & on a 8+ lb wraith I seem to get them wadded up in stuff too much. Is that gap normal?

This or 5.25" closed cell inners with soft outers all the way around. No need to mess with a stiffer foam in the rear.
