I ordered a XR mantis chassis from billet-works-store.com. It’s shows it’s in stock but I never heard from them after I placed the order. It’s been close to a month.
Has anyone have any experience with them? I’ve written to them twice but they don’t respond. Should I be worried?

You're gonna have to hound them. Last order I placed it took months to get
and that was after I finally got in touch with them. Things just aren't what
they use to be at BWD. Still quality products but customer service is out the
window. FYI...this happened a year ago.

I see. So I'm in for a rough ride.
Well, as long as I get my stuff eventually I'm ok.
Thanks for the reply. "thumbsup"

Its been over a year since my last purchase from BWD, but it was the same way. Took months to get, and had to keep emailing them and messaging them on facebook for updates. Eventually I got my order, and its still amazing parts, but the hassle of getting updates sucks.

Yeah love their products. Hopefully they can improve on the customer service a bit, I'll probably shop there more often. I got some stuff from scalerfab.com and that was a very good experience.

Unfortunately lots of smaller vendors are either having issues or completely falling by the wayside...

For example, Wertymade was my go-to metal bumper and skid shop, and they've disappeared from their distributors shelves.

I'm sure the lockdown complicated matters for some of them.
