Just got a Tamiya F350 body. The thing is sweet and I'm in the process of masking it for painting.

I've read a lot about people mounting their bodies without holes and it seems they usually say they used Velcro or magnets but never really explain much further then that.

What are some options other then magnets to mount my body? How did you guys do it? Pics are worth a 1000 words.

I've seen people put a strip of velcro under the hood, and then shave off the tops of the body mounts and screw a strip of metal on top, and put velcro on that. "thumbsup"

Hope that didn't confuse you...

I did magnets in a hood scoop that I made. I had already made the mistake of drilling the mounting holes and didn't like it. I epoxied earth magnets into the scoop. You can make a bar like FordRox97 said like this (cut off the top of the posts though and add Velcro) on my daughters i just glued a strip of styrene to the top of the mounting posts to attach the Velcro
