Great time today, thanks

Glad you could make it out, it was nice to meet you.

Thanks to everyone else who was able to make it out today. The weather was fantastic and it was a great day on the rocks. Thanks to our sponsors Cow RC and Castle Creations for providing us with some great gear to give away to our drivers.

Look for a summary with scores shortly.

This past event at Rafes Chasm was a blast. We waited out the weather and had a great day for an event on Sunday. Apologies to everyone who was unable to accommodate the date change.

We set 3 pro courses and 2 shafty courses on some great terrain. Apparently we had decided it was time to step up our game because we made some tough tough courses. Courses 1 and 2 both saw people finish with Brian Leading after course 1 and Bob leading after course 2. Course three was the real tough one. It was a great course except for one gate that seemed to give everyone a bit of trouble. Dan R made it the furthest into the course and with an extra 5 seconds he would have pulled out the only finish. In the end Bob's killer run on course 2 put him on top of the podium in first place. Brian pulled in a pretty distant second and Dan R was right behind in third by 1 point.

We modified our pro courses and ran shafty through them. Brendan borrowed Dan R's rig again and again showed us all whats up taking first place by 19 points. Dan R pulled down second place. Brian, Jeff, and newcomer Rob all tied for third. A grueling battle of Rock paper scissors was used to break the tie.

We also did a Bounty course Sponsored by Castle Creations and Cow RC. Thanks to them first place took home a Sidewinder V3 and second place got some udder butter grease for their rig. We set 4 tough gates and you had 4 minutes do do as many as you could with as few penalty points as possible. Brian scored the Sidewinder by edging out Dan with a couple less penalty points. Dan was stoked to win the Udder Butter.

Thanks to our sponsors Castle Creations, Cow RC, and RCP Crawlers we were able to give away some great prizes to those who attended.

1st place Pro - Bob - Scored a Large Screw Catcher from Cow RC and Cow RC cleaning Spray.
2nd place Pro - Brian - Scored a medium screw catcher from Cow RC
