Car Audio- Bluetooth Transmitter?

Question for the car audio installers:

I'm putting a head unit and speaker setup in my bosses mini sand rail. He also has a bluetooth equipped motorcycle helmet and would like the option to stream the audio to that as well. All the manufacturers I have talked to indicate that their bluetooth equipped head units are only for receiving audio not transmitting to another device. I figure there has to be some module/unit that would plug up to the head unit and sync with the helmet? Post up if you have any ideas.
