Bored waiting on parts from horizon, and my special package from codyboy, I decided to mount up the roof rack. Then decided it needed a little more so I gathered up materials and made a cargo net and some bundles of wood.

Nice job on the cargo net, Glad to see you started a build thread. I'm sure you will have some good ideas to offer us!;-)

Looking good. What material did you use to make the cargo net?

Went to the fabric section at hobby lobby and found the smallest flat elastic band in bulk, and small black lobster clasps and eyelets.

Then used the smallest round elastic and found on here from another post they used the spring in the wire nuts they cut it down and bent it in a hook in it made it into bungees.

Been at work itching to get home for the last 20 days. I had packages from codyboy andhorizon waiting for me. Ernie sent me his famous axles and horizon sent some warranty diff internals. Got the axles assembled and worked on redoing the shocks by putting 6mm internal limits on them, drilling the top out for a bleed screw, drilling the piston out to a # 55 bit and using 30wt shock oil. Then out boarded the rear shocks at the bottom mount. Them raised the upper rear links to be parallel with the lower links.
