WHEN : Saturday January 23rd! Driver's Meeting will be held @ 9AM, we will start by 9:30ish
WHERE : Glendale Shoals / Emma Cudd Road, Spartanburg, SC 29302
WHAT : The Endurance run will start off the morning, it will be roughly 100 gates. There will be an optional 10 gate "competition style" course after most people finish the Endurance. Followed by an optional 1$ Hill Climb challenge!
VEHICLE INFO : We will be using SORRCA for the basic vehicle rules and specs. Most vehicles are 1.5 / 1.9 / or 2.2 tire based. IT NEEDS TO BE SCALE!
*** THINGS TO BRING ***
Single dollar bills for the Hill Climb!
Scale Tow rope - You will be using this and/or a winch more often then you think..
Supplies - Extra batteries, tools, spare parts would be good to have in a book bag just in case you need a quick fix or etc. There are NO power outlets..
Appropriate clothing - Good shoes goes a long ways here during the cold months. Wear proper clothing please!
*** WEATHER ***
Glendale Shoals offers some epic terrain to crawl but it does have a tendency of becoming really green and slick during the cold season.. There will be several sections with water crossings or "clear dirt" as some know of it, so please take precaution to that. We will be around moving water and plenty of nasty rocks so wear appropriate shoes and clothing.. Keep an eye on the weather, we will postpone if it calls for rain, anything else is a GO! "thumbsup"
