Hello,

I am in the process of building my first crawler build, and I would like to ask if anybody has any suggested settings for the x2 Castle MMP. So far, the setting changes I made using the castle-link software are the following:

- Brake: Disabled.
- Reverse: Crawler mode.
- Reverse speed: 100%.
- Motor: Sensored only

The motors I installed are tekin redlines 17.5.

Thank you.

i do believe you will want to set the rear esc/motor to motor direction:reverse
both esc:
start power: high
motor type: smart sense (unless planning on using cheat mode)
and maybe put some drag brake on like 30% or so (on my brushed losi moa i had 30% so it didnt coast when i let off the throttle.

that should give you a good starting point other than messing with the throttle curves a bit for better startup

I never really had a prob my Losi. When I let off the throttle and have it "coast"........ Ya know... Worm drive and all.

that is true with a losi that still has the transmission. my didnt need any drg brake when it was a shafty but once i made it a moa it needed some drag break sense there are less the motor is turning so less resistance for the motor. if you try a losi moa you will likely see it
