I have there old school TA01 runners.
Now I am toying with a sloooow build up of a better rig.
I have an HPI alum pan and difs. Some misc shock towers and shocks.
Question is, what is everyone's pref or knowledge on:
I am leaning towards dif.
For both, it could be Durango's slipper dif.

Or I was looking at what ratio my old TA01's have, and it is about 10:1 reduction.
I have a Traxxas Ruslter trans sitting here, that has a dif and a slipper on it.
I believe it to be 2.5:1. Axle difs are 3:1.
If I ran it with a 30:54 Pinion/Spur the final would be 13.5:1.
So I could run it on 2s with a 3800-4000kv or on 3s with a 3000kv and be about the same as my TA01s.

- Center Differential - sealed gear, greased gear, ball
- Center Slipper Clutch
- Both!
