Looking for local places to crawl. I found a fun place in jacksonville called Paradise Park. It is about a mile and a half from the airbase entrance. I didnt have my crawlers with me so I couldnt test out the trails. I catch myself looking for places to crawl anywhere I go now. I have a few more places to check out. Found some mini natural steps a few years back. Gotta see if the trail is still there.
For anyone who hasnt been here are some pics. There is more down below that waterfall. When it is dry its hardly a trickle going through there.

btw their eyes arent like that... I heard from a friend that is its eyelid.

So if anyone has any cool spots please post them. My truck doesn't get the fuel mileage to make these NW arkansas and Hot springs comps.

lol. That is a spot we comp at least twice a season.

Good work on finding it though. You can probabl find some comp pictures somewhere on the board.

Could I have directions to the pinnacle park spot or is that against your competition rules. Not sure if thats considered pre-running. I wont be competing this season. I Just wanna get a feel for my two trucks and work on tuning them. Maybe for next season. I purchased a magazine that has all the 2.2 comp rules, so I will be working on getting my rs10 (lol) comp ready.
Pinnacle park looks like a great spot. please post more if anyone has any. Im going to try exploring this spot on the melinium trail in NLR. Parking is about 800 ft from the spot and its about 50 feet into the woods. Its a dried creek bed going up the side of a mountain. Lots of natural steps and off camber crawling.

look in our arky section..
for all our comp spots and local running...
directions are there..not 5mins from my house.8)
