Cheap Rotary Tool?

This is the one i have, http://www.harborfreight.com/professional-4-speed-rotary-tool-kit-40457.html it works fine, and yea that purble 10 dollar one is junk, i've got one of those with a sanding deal to trim the claws on our dog, although i have used it a few times to get into more tight places but it bogs down a lot

Thanks for the help guys. Since I will only be using it for cutting thin plastic, siping tires, and occasional aluminum rod I think the Chicago 4 Speed will be fine.
