I purchased some custom battery packs from you guys a in the beginning of 07. I havent been able to use them much since, maybe 40-50 charges each and that's being generous. I have had two packs now melt the shrinkwrap on the cell and the pack. The cells where the wire comes out get super hot. Is this a common occurence? BTW I'm running them in a slash with geolanders, stock gearing and a sidewinder/4600 combo. The packs are the upgraded 4000mah 8 cell pack and, I mainly run it on my street or a local park.

Are they going to be any bigger in size? This battery would fit perfect on the Losi MRC and still have lots of power.

They're a SC cell that has been dis-continued and Mike has yet to update the banners lol.

When will you have 5000 mah elite cells back in stock?I might just have to try the 4000's Also do you have a photo and maybe dimensions of those style cells in the crawler style arrangement you have for a custom 9 cell pack?..Thanks..

Chris - is there any 2/3A cells with more than 1500mah? I'm by no means a lead foot, but it's just not enough run time... and I'm not ready to jump to Lipo just yest.

Didn't read everythign here, so this may have been said. There ia 1 main imporvement i would like to see, mostly as far as improving the website.
Show the current stock status and/or estimated date in stock OR an "email me when in stock feature". A lot of the lipo stuff is out of stock all the time (well, a lot of the time). I don't check that often, so I probably miss the few days that they are in stock for, lol.

2JSC: There is nothing as of now that exists that is larger than 1500 mah in a 2/3A. There are a few cells that claim that, but anyone can re-label a crappy cell and say it is 1600+ mah...


samdog: I am not aware of any split packs that will fit. If there is one and you place an order, you can request the wire to be as long as you want.


Spiftacu1ar: We are almost done with writing the new website. There is an option we have had where you can put your email in and we email you once the product is back. Or you can get on our mailing list... But I will make sure the email me option is put on everything...

I have only gotten 30 charges out of my 1500 Nimh 6cell packs. now they wont take a charge. guess they were worth the money though. I got them on sale for like $9.00 a pease.

Is there a lipo that will work with my Futaba 6-ex. I would like to be able to charge it though the stock chargeing port, but I dont think I can. Can lifePo be used and charged through the stock port? Any ideas? Thanks"thumbsup"
