Well,now!You figure"gas-price's,Retail-price's & Ebay!!!
I have been only able to shop online since, Way Back before I even start'ed to think that I'd be able to afford to even mess with this money feed hobby, of our's ... And then I got to figure gas to run down the road to a so called LOCAL hobby shop, which the closest one to me would be Grand Blanc, or Clio... Then I can't afford to pay them their retail price's anyway's either...! For even if I could just look around in a hobby shop... "THAT"... I have yet to do... But, have'nt gotten the chance to do for year's now ... Hmmm ...!!! That must be nice guy's..... Let alone being able to just afford that lil' tank of gas to do "YOUR THING" with and still have any money to spend at the dammm LOCAL hobby shop when I got there, other then just drool all over every hot & brand new Rock Crawling thing in the dammm place... Or have to fund's to even have any of the latest new goodie's or think that I'm, Any where near some of you guy's "WHO", to me seem to be prettyhappy & able to have & own some very nice & up to date Rig's ... Let alone only being able to afford just one Comp able rig at this time and for awhile now at least...Or having the fund's to keep it up & coming on strong each & every dammm time a Comp come's around, or each time I peek at the latest new post up's ... for all I see is the next new "You-just-gotta-have-this-thing" new Item's, That keep poping up faster then I could ever think that I'd be able to afford, Or even come close to having a chance to own....................... Keep dreaming Dude's ..........Then I have to pay fee's to have, & Use my "PAYPAL" to even have the chance to grab up some great lil' deal's on some of the stuff that I have been able to get...Or have anything worthy as a full time Rock Crawler, And That is the only way I can get anything into my hand's.... Is by shopping ONLINE for what ever I can find that is with in my budget... And still offer'ed at a able price for me to win that Item at... And then have to go thru all that sending a Money order out...! Or just click it off... Out of my paypal account, and then wait for it to get to my door ( thru the slow ass snail mail deal).. ..( which I feel is the most reasonable way for me to afford this stuff, and I'd have to spend that extra money that I SAVED by doing it this way ...For it Would just go for gas to haul me happy ass to that so call'ed.. "LOCAL" ..hobby shop & etc .... I just explained all that once on this same page.... So, I can't give an honest answer to what I really feel is right for the hobby as You all tell me about this, & that "LHS" is closing up their door's because they are not making it...SHIT DUDE'S ...go and peek at just how frecking many of them have just JUMP'ED onto the "ONLINE" way of dealing with you now... and I can't blame them for that either .. it's cheap'er for anyone to have an ONLINE store... And it's much better for them in the stocking, & retail pricing, Of their ON SALE ITEM'S... For they know much faster & better able to see just what is sale'ing day by day and what is not worth stocking the shelf's with.. And also they can see just which side of the hobby is making them money, and which side is'nt at any time, Or day... Come on now...."GO FIGURE"....For sooner, or later we are not going to see any dammm hobby shop's... That surely can afford to keep their door's open in the first place.. just close up, and maybe show up later as an ONLINE hoddy seller to which they ship the same dammm thing you'd drive clear across town..! To grab up with your own bear hand's, Just to run back home with it.. Saying to yourself ..."Ooooh-goody-goody-I-was-the-first-one-to-grab-that-stuff-right-off-of-their-shelf-and-I-did'nt-even-look-twice-at-the-price-they-charge'd-me-for-it-either" + "Now I'm, sitting back here at my work bench with this sucka' in my hand's, and ooooh man what a feeling it was to just be able to run out the door jump into my ride, and haul ass up the road to spend my hard earned money at that hobby shop that "THEY" just love to hold the door open for me each, And every time they see me pull up in my ride... Knowing that I am really supporting them to the best that I can....But, Not even thinking as to what would happen...?!! If they was'nt there the next time I get this feeling to run over there to see if "THEY" have that brand new next got to have it ..HOT NEW ITEM.. that has just came out... OOOh, Shit....!!! For I better hurry up and get over there... Before some body else grab's it up before I do.... Shit for I better move my ass now....!!! "Huh, is'nt that your Honest story now = right.!!! ..."LMAO2"...... Is that what all I've been missing here...?!!... With this Lil' money hungry hobby that I never could really afford to get myself into, And it has Cause'd me alot of problem's just because I whent ahead and jump'd into it anyway's... Plus, ever since I said to my Ol' lady "Oh,hunny.!!! For I am getting into this stuff for sure, And I'll, just have to bend afew thing's, here and there Babe..!!! Just to have any of it too... But, I'll be damm if I'm not going to have me a hobby again..!!! And if I have to be _BROKE_ all the dammm time because of it, Darlin' ... (Then so be it then)..For It's only going to cost my about $320.00..!!!.. Babe to get started up in this stuff ...And I'll, be all good to go from there... "BULLSHIT" ...Story that has turn'ed into a never ending "battle" for me just Stiving, To keep up, And to have afew nice thing's that I've had to hope & Pray... To get just one Item at a time... Just to add to my lil' pile of R/C stuff that I now have under my Belt as I've manage to get as I'm going along, And spending money that I know dammm well "WE" could be using for other and better thing's that would make a much better Different's in our life's too.... AND to be _VERY HONEST_ with all of you fella's too... I have not come even close to what I figure'd this hobby would bring to me as a fellow Michigan R/C Rock crawler..!!! Or even have gotten any of My two Club's Fellow club member's as freind's to hang out with...(SAD)...Or ever having any dammm money leftover each month to even spend on traveling to anywhere, about just around town here mostly..... And I'm thinking to myself = WoW, "Scoot'er"...Why just look at what all this is going to open up for you now dude.... Just by having an R/C Rock Crawler, and being in the same-game with the rest of these guy's... Who all seem to be very happy with thisgreat new found hobby that I desided to jump into here now..... As I have not yet even had the feeling as of yet, That I have even gotten the at least that far.... Or even that much out of as MY BELOVED SO CALL'ED HOBBY... All because it only eat's my up alive........And you think I'm, going to let ANY of that shit stop...!?!... Ol' Scoot'er... From (NOT) trying his dammmest to just be into, Or to have, or get just a lil' bit of happynest out of this great hobby of Our's... Dude's ...(BULLSHIT)... You don'treally know this dude... much do you now..!!! Shit, I'm don't crying about any of THAT side of it all...!!!, It's the "FACT" that I'm, still all alone and not once been able to meet up with anyone that do'es _Crawl_...That is in either one of These two Club's, Or been to any of these two LOCAL CLUB's Comp's as to date, or even had the chance to gain anything from being Together for afew hour's with a few of these guy's to just have even one great time together... And to gain alot of info, and first hand advice from... AND IF THAT IS'NT ANUFF TO TURN... 7 OUT OF 10 PEOPLE..!!! AWAY RIGHT OFF THE BAT..!!! THEN...!??!... YOU GO THINK AGAIN ABOUT ALL THIS NOT HAVING A LOCAL HOBBY SHOP AND ETC... SHIT... WHO IS REALLY GOING TO FEEL IT...!!! (YOU)...OR THE HOBBY SHOP OWNER WHO IS STARTING TO SEE THE PICTURE THAT EVERYTHING NOW ADAY'S CAN BE PURCHASE'D ONLINE... AND JUST ABOUT EVERYONE IS GOING TO ONLINE BUYING & SELLING TO KEEP UP WITH "or" HAVING ANY CHANCE AT MAKING IT IN THIS HOBBY THING OF OUR'S.... and that is not any of myblame, or doing either. But, I do FEEL for all the great lil' hobby shop owner's that have to just up & close the door's after how many year's, or So.. It just don't matter to most people now a day's ... Dude's if they are, or if they ar'nt there anymore =For most any of these people will find a way to buy these same ITEM'S either online, direct wholesale outlet's, or from their only one left standing local hobby retailer & shop... That's just my two cent' Brotha' and I'm, hurt too each, and every time I hear one of you's say that another "LHS" is about to be closing up soon story.... I have to live as I can, And do what I have too, To even be in this hobby... And there has been alot of time's that I have wish'ed that I could just do it your guy's way...!?! but, that would'nt work for me anyway's, So Don't ever be knocking me for how, or Why I have done it the way.. I HAD TOO...to even have any shot at it in the first place..!!! And hope to even be able to afford the next new thing that is on my lil' wish list of sure love to be able to afford one of those puppy's some day too....... It's OKEY to DREAM, Brotha's.........
