****Chit Chat Thread****

Hey does anyone know how to do a 4 wheel steer setup on a losi mrc with stock electronics??

You'd need another servo, all the steering components to install on the rear axle (knuckles, c hubs, screws, mounts, steering links). Then install a servo y harness with reverser.

This will work but only operate the rear and front together (turn front left, rear would turn right for sharper turns).

If you want independent control you will need another radio, and receiver to handle that.

Just got back from Montana, here is a few pics I shot. I didn't take as many as I wanted to, the clouds were very low and It was hard to see at times.

That is something I have always wanted to do.

Wanna go next year Craig? No Joke! We are already making plans as I type this. Air fare, a six bed, three bath, three story condo, and sled is only about $1500 per person. then about $300 spending cash... This was my tenth year in a row I have gone out west snowmobiling. We ride four days, and stay in town about six days.

This is a good trip, mostly trail riding, but a few good hills too scare the shit out of you. We rode 550 to 600 miles in four days. Anywhere from 6 to 9 thousand feet in elv. we stay in the town of West Yellowstone.

And one more just for "Big Stu" This was stright up and down at the top...total trencher....skis didn't even touch.....the view was worth it.....I was head level with the clouds....

That first picture seriously gives me goose bumps. I know how much the camera takes away from the picture. In person is always better.

I will definately keep that in mind and thank you much for the offer. Have to take about 50 lbs off to be ready to sled again. YIKES...

That's nothing.....LoL.. I "think" that's Mt Jefferson, if you have seen any of the Thunder struck videos. Or maybe Sawtel peak, sawtel has a dish on the top....and can be seen for miles. The clouds kinda kill it.

And my sled sits high and dry in Northcentral Montana. Im starting to build a sort of a crew cab cj truggy???? I have had plans to do this with the 1:1 but dont have time or a place since I work on the road a lot so I sold 2 cj2a's and a boatload of other crap. It was a sad moment, but this forum has restored my hopw for a 1/10. Can somebody point me to suspension design advice? I dont have much experience in forums and seem to have hard time finding my way arround. I'm sorry if this should be somewhere else. Thanks

Five of us took our S/C trucks to Muskegon to ripp around on the beach and the dunes for the weekend. After a few broken drive shafts, a set of paddles blown right off the bead, one slash broken in half, a 4x4 slash that ended up front wheel drive only (which is pretty funny to see)...Two trucks driven into lake Michigan ....Id say we had a good time!!!

We have been taking the trucks camping with us every summer. I always make a trip to the dunes, so we've been taking something RC with us most years. Last year we didn't due to room (took my youngest son for the first time). This year I was thinking of taking the Wraiths and using them at the state park on trail runs. Haven't decided yet.

These are some pics from two summers ago with the 4x4 Slashes at Silver Lake.
