Looks great, awesome job !!!
I got one question, I seen more and more builds using mid rear arm/bottom link shock mounts. Besides looking freakin cool, how does that set up help. I know I see it in some comp rigs so it have to help somehow. Right? Thanks and keep up the good job Sir....

thanks! the trailing arms work great. I did have to use much longer than stock shocks for this particular build. and a sway bar is absolutely needed when using them. before I put one on I couldnt keep the left front tire on the ground. it would 3 wheel all over the place.

This thing is about as scale as it gets, and you definitely don't see a clod truggy everyday. Fantastic work man!

Aaaahhhh, thanks for the info, I love the way they look and if there's a increase on performance is a plus. Another excuse to tear down and buy more parts this winter , LOL... Thanks and nice rig again...

thanks! I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. first chassis i've designed so it still has a few hiccups. next one will have more flush mounted trailing arm mounts.and probably an aftermarket steel front chassis half.

the reason the trail bar on the bumper is so high is that I drew it up for the bumper to be flush with the chassis rails. but I had to raise it quite a bit to clear the front tires so now it sticks way up.

it's looking really good. the only thing that sticks out to me is the bull bar height. maybe lower it 1/2-3/4"? (I realize it's been mentioned, but I would hack it off and reweld it)

Had to do it on my Jeep too...after you cut you can use a piece of solid rod to slide into the tubing to reinforce the splice (if you are using tubing)

upderp. my old rc4wd winch controller decided it was no longer going to be of service. Ordered a new HeyOK winch controller for the first round of our club comps and the upcoming G6 season.

also sorted the spare tire axial 8 hole bealock with a Vanquish OMF ring fitted.
got some scale goodness in the back with a fuel cell and filler hose courtesy of the airplane hobby shop.
optima battery and NOS bottle.

maybe one day i will find time to strip it all down for a powdercoat. all i've ran it in is water so its starting to get rusty. still need to chop down my bumper hoop. i know!
