Cleaning up Liquid Mask spilled on Carpet

I was masking a body on the dinner table and left for the gym for about 2 hours while it was drying. Stupid me left the lid off the liquid masking, and one of our cats decided to push the bottle on to the carpet. Since I diluted the mask so I could spray it on, it went EVERYWHERE, and dried fast.

Soapy Water and Resolved picked up most of it, but once it dried there was a definite stain from the mask. At this point resolve, goo-be-gone, and soapy water have little effect.

What would you use to clean this up? What will break down the mask w/o destroying the carpet?

they make carpet knives..... I have never encountered this problem, it may just have to wear out.... Stay out of the dining room...we told you this before.. thats what i used to hear

I pay for it. I'll work on **** where I damn please :D

I was using the table for the short time until my workbench was built.

It might just be ezer to just replace the carpet in that room....carpet isent too spendy...

call the company that makes it... they might have a trick to getting it up. You cant be the only guy to spill this stuff...

Hopefully. I am really just looking for a solvent that'll break it down and not the carpet.
