CPE Barbarian Wraith Build

Hey all, I'm a noob R/C builder and I'm gonna try to build a Barbarian Wraith and have some simple questions.

First off, this is for my older son, he watches the Trigger King videos on YouTube constantly and so I looked up their website and checked out the truck profiles and noticed a lot of them were running this chassis. I also happen to have some extra parts from a Wraith Spawn that I've been upgrading for the last couple months (my first R/C).

I'm going to keep this as short and sweet as possible, that being said, right now my first questions are about the drive train:

1) Best motor/ESC combo?

2) Wraith tranny? Extended outputs?

3) Diffs open or locked? Or one open and one locked?

This is good for now.

I would say 550 size motor with a 120/150 amp esc . I would run 3s but 2s will work . you would have more control of the truck at high speed and jumping with open diffs . I don't know anything about the wraith extended out puts .
