What are your thoughts on the brand?
Are they any worth it?

I was looking at the EMO X3 wrecker and I wanted some input from anybody who has owned a X2 or X3.

Thank you

A friend has the 6x6 kinda logging truck looking one. All the suspension pivots were ridiculously loose and he says he's stripped a few ring and pinion gears being gentle with it.

No knock on the rigs, but parts are not as accessible as more common brands, and their customer service sucks BAD. If not for these negatives I would have bought more of their rigs. I currently own one.

I don't have personal experience with CrossRC, but I know they are more scale than anything. You will have to treat them about the same as an RC4WD rig.

If you order one, I highly suggest this guy. He is a great guy and awesome to deal with no matter what you buy from him. He owns a hobby store or two and designed to start stocking CrossRC stuff in the US.

Thank you guys for the info. Years ago I thought about the Demon but I felt that they were to heavy at the time.
Jato thank you for the link I'll check it out.

I have a couple, mostly because it's one of few that still offer kits.

If the X3 Wrecker had a kit option I'd be all over it. If the X2 Cougar had a kit I would have been all over that too.

As said, customer service can be hit or miss (from the manufacturer) but the US outlet responds quickly but they're strangled by the manufacturer.

Quality of the actual trucks is good though, and as said they are a little more scale than your typical trail truck from Axial/Traxxas.
