I posted these in the Large Scale section, but decided to post them here also.
I built these axles for my 1:6 Willys. They are 1" wider than SCX10 axles.
The D44's scale out to exactly 1:6.
I used the RC4wd D44 Center Housings, C's and Knuckles. The rest I built myself. The axle tubes I machined from 1/2" x .120w DOM. All the tabs were CNC punched.
For the front axle shafts, I used the RC4wd D44 Wraith shafts and cut them down. For the rear axle shafts, I made my own from 5mm 4130. I machined my own hex's and brazed them to the shafts.
I used Vanquish lockers and Axial gears. 38/13 front and 43/13 rear.

"thumbsup""thumbsup" I have a set of those pumkins but never made any progress towards finishing the axles for my big Jerp. Very nicely done, they absolutely look "correct" under there, and congrats for having the diffy offset to the correct side!
