Cutting a lexan body?

Lexan scissors, lexan scissors, lexan scissors!!!

Seriously, these made a HUGE difference, and I actually felt confident cutting out the body for once. Its a tool purchase you will NOT regret.

Another for body reamer. I used a standard drill for making my body holes though. It was kinda tough. One mistake and you're screwed.

I use a utility knife blade or an X-Acto knife blade. Make sure the blade is new, a dull blade will tend to walk away on you and make scoring much harder. Just score along the body lines and slowly peel back. Now, I do use my lexan scissors to cut up one of the corners until I get to the score line. That gives me a starting point to start peeling back the unwanted lexan. When peeling, try not to pull up towards the body, always pull unwanted lexan out and slightly down. That will reduce the chances of tearing into the body. Just take your time when scoring, and you will rarely have to go back and recut anything. As far as body holes, invest in a body reamer. Well worth the money. "thumbsup"
