Almost any paintball marker would make him seriously think twice about coming back. If it will leave a grapefruit size bruise on a human with pants and shirt, just think of what it would do to a cat with just fur. Oh, and popping them in the fridge or freezer for an hour or two will make the balls alot harder to break. And a volley of 15 to 20 68 caliber ice balls flying at you would probably get a better hit rate than 1 pellet or bb, if he is on the run.

This is the best idea.

Try to extract the paint & fill them w/ water.
That way there isn't anyway to prove you shot it w/ a paintball gun! Unless the plastic get's stuck in it's skin or up it's azz! :twisted:

you could call animal control. they can kill animals that attack others without having to worry about gtting in trouble and if anything else if it does belong to some one they can get fined

youre going to have to get ahead shot to kill the kitty with bb gun or eavan a 22 .speaking from experiance on this matter.The way i did it was i busted out my old carp bow.gut shot his little *** and reeled him in and he met mr shovel up side the head.sounds harsh and it is but the cat killed a bunch of chickens and one of our cats dad said kill the bastard so i did.shot him twice with a 22 was gone for a while but he came back all walkin weird and stuuff head shots the only way but damn those scared kitties are fast ,the carp bow was the ****.;-)

There are plenty of airguns that will easily take down a cat, one can be had for about 60$. If you own a bb gun that can't take out a cat what fun is that to shoot. Something over 1000fps will work. Crossman makes some cheep but decent guns.

I can get into many ways to kill a cat, most very illegal though. May i sugest if your gona do it have sum fun and um...research some energetic materials.

Cat + energetic material of choice with catnip on top = boom + red mist.

First, try to find the owners, and leave an anonymous letter on their door. Then, if they do nothing (like my old neighbors w/ their stupid garden-wrecking cats), use a paintball gun. If kitty likes the rough stuff, then use a BB gun, but maybe soak the pellet/BB in some kind of poison, to ensure a quick, noncrippling death. A pitfall would be nice, too.
