So when is the New review going to come out. I know the years not up, but it's close. How much came true from last year? And what you we think will come out this year? I wonder what new rigs and what changes we might see in 2007.

Air actuated shocks/so springs- It was done

Decreased clearances (dragging bellies) - Thats the cool thing to do

Better tire choices from manufacturers - They are trying

Minimal lexan use in bodies (heavily cut bodies) - all the cool kids are doinf it

Extreme Light weight rigs / under built chassis - Thats what wins

4 wheel independent steering (one servo per wheel)- Close but not yet

LiPoly batteries - I've seen a few

Home Made Tires -Not completely homemade but close. Some good Hybrids

Robot Servos - I haven't seen any, but I may have missed it.

Valved C02 canisters for steering systems and hydraulic-Not yet this year maybe next year.

I think the biggest change this year was the number of people who went brushless this year.

Both classes of the Nationals were won by brushless powered crawlers and close to half the field was using them.

Yup, pretty amazing. The brushless thing wasn't even on the list.

Goat and Holmes were messing with shafty BL setups, I ran a BL Clod and things went from there.

I wonder how much Holmes has made off us in the past year?

I wrote the yearly review for this year months ago. Just hasn't been published here yet.
