DLUX super build

You will find out what a real dragbrake is if you go to BRSL's! I had only run FXR's before and Holy F'ing dragbrake, there is no comparison. In my opinion they are the only ESC for a super.

For anybody using those Air Wild horns, I stripped my rear one out today. They are 4-40 to start and then I tapped to 3mm so I dont think there was ever full thread engagement. A quick and easy nut on the top and it was good to go.

The front shafts have been holding up so well that I decided to make some for the rear. I actually have a different way to make the short side so I think I lost another .5oz or so out of each axle.

I cannot tell you how long I have wanted to climb this rock. Its been years and I have spent more than 1 battery pack trying to climb it. Today was the day though. I didnt get it all in one shot, since its such a long climb, but I did make every obstacle. I dont think I could have done it without the twin stick and so much steering front and rear.

Total climb is about 60 feet.

Shot from a little ways back....

Take whacha can get :flipoff:

19* while driving sure does mess your life up. Hopefully it warms soon.

Edit:

I dont know if you were being serious......

Hell yeah!
I would love to see that climb made in person.

Your gonna make me buy shafts now aren't you?:ror:

Its actually not that bad once you see a different line at the very top. Once its warm, you will probably be able to go right up it.

Pretty sure once you see my steering, you wont have a choice. LOL I re ran all the previous comp gates and its so much easier now. The rear with that much steering is a bit crazy. I can literally turn my rears and sit horizontally on the face of the wheel. This isnt really a great thing but it sure is cool to look at.

Twin sticks were getting much, much better... then it snowed and I did very little driving for the past 2.5 months... LOL.

Youre crazy to drive a super with anything less!

It was a crazy climb! Wish I would have made it. LOL

I know and you set me up good...

I have the worst conscious in the world. I could never do a serious crime. If I were ever questioned I would just fold instantly.

Nice Erik! How do you get so much turning radius? Is it possible to do some modification on the Mad Torque to get that much? "thumbsup"

It's not possible without running different axle shafts. Mt uses a dog bone setup which can't turn as much without jeopardizing strength.

Yeah, pretty much would need custom shafts and some Bully knuckles and you would be good to go.

alright, i thought you could could just shave some stuff, guess not, thanks! I will probably get those sb shafts with the bully knuckles. "thumbsup"
