I don't think you'll find many people familiar with that on here. Maybe someone will chime in who does know about it.
I know this is a wicked expensive hobby, but the old rule applies: you get what you pay for.
Probably more than anywhere this applies to electronics.
Look at it this way... If you're on a tight budget, this may work for you. If it doesn't work well or dies quickly, you're only out $40.

I own two, have ran one 3s pack through one and was completely happy with it. Drag break is a little weak but supposedly the castle field card will talk to these, never tried.
