Ive really been getting into doc's since I got Netflix, almost more than regular movies. Just finished The One Percent and .

Any recomendations from other doc enthusiests??

I watched some of the north Korean Doc's.....A good movie I watched the other day is "Murder in the first" Based on a true story.....Good flick"thumbsup"

Im about 20min into Freakonomics and its more entertaining than informative at this point, but its keeping my attention.

I heard Restrepo is a great military doc and thats probably going to be next on the list.

We just watched this a few days ago, made some interesting points... especially about our public school system.

Fog of War is good.
National Geographic: Guns, Germs and Steel is awesome!
National Geographic: Inside the Body Trade is crazy.

Restrepo is good.

X2. That was the first Doc I watched since getting Netflix and i've not gotten too much of a chance to watch any others. Restrepo is a very good film, its a little slow at times, but it is real. Too real at times.

Choppertown is the last one I saw, that was pretty good. If you into hot rods, custom motorcycles, fist fights, and shooting stuff..... you will really like it.

Looks great, but not on Netflix.

Wild and wonderful whites of west virginia is good.

Love the beast is pretty good, kinda long.

Vice guide to travel is good. (series)

Penn and Teller BS is a good series.

Wild China is a good series.

A certain kind of death is interesting.

King Corn is decent.

Super High Me is good.

A couple i have seen recently.

The wild and wonderful whites of West Virginia (holy fawking train wrecks)

history one: Azorian: The raising of the k-129.

Both on Netflix

"The Cove" is good. (Very sad)
"Food, Inc" is a must see.

I just got done watching "Green Rush" about pot growers and it was ok. Nothing to exciting.

"Wonderful World of Whites" was pretty entertaining but are hands down the most inbred, white trash, social parasite people I have ever seen in my life. I hope noone watched that and thought them people were "cool".

the plauges and pleasures of the salton sea. (up on dvd but not instant)
the dancing outlaw jesco white (the reason that the whites were popular enough to do a doc. also not on netflix.)

step into liquid - surfing doc
whites of WV good film but it really is a train wreck you cant look away from
restrepo
there is a great one about extreme skiers teaching the son of a fallen skier. cant remember the name but i will post it up if i do.

Just finished Moment Of Death. Wow what a movie to make you think.

Saw Restepo, Can We make It To Mars?, Wild Whites, Capitalism: A Love Story, Can We Live Forever?, and The Corperation.

Next few will definately be: Food Inc, What Are Dreams?, The Union, and How The Brain Works. Im debating on God Grew Tired of Us. Anyone seen it??

We watched Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia based on everyone's recommendation... pretty interesting. I feel bad for those kids, not much of a chance. Listing to the kids of the brother that moved away talk about growing up there as a White was so sad.

God Grew Tired of Us is pretty good. It's a little slow but it's pretty good... sad.

I have been watching a ton of these as well lately. So far I have watched:

Freakonomics
This Film Is Not Yet Rated
How Weed Won the West
The Cartel
Restrepo
The One Percent
The Union: Business Behind Getting High
Collapse

And I am currently watching: The Conspiracy to Rule the World: From 911 to the Illuminati

Going have to check out some of the ones mentioned here.

I dont ever want to eat again.........Food Inc was pretty dismal.

Err... I take these with a grain of salt for the most part. You have to realize they are pushing a POV. I did watch that one. Luckily, about the only store bought meat I buy is chicken. Though obviously, the film shows how wash it all with chemicals... ugh.

What I did like, was the talk about the farmers and seeds... That shit upsets me.
