Im posting from my blackberry phone as my girlfriend and i are driving westbound on I80 through nebraska. This is the ****tiest state ive ever seen/smelled. I swear to god this whole state smells like roadkill and manure. I thought iowa sucked a few hrs back, but this place is ****in horrible! We're 140mi from colorado right now, i cant wait to get back into the mountains..

I feel for ya, it's a long drive, and Neb is probably the worst of it. The mountians are scenic, but can be a bitch if your towing a trailer.
Then you get to the all brown, but you're used to that. That was One thing I missed while out West, the lakes, and Green. What a lot of states call lakes, we consider potholes around here. We'll be making that long boring drive come Sept, for the Nats "thumbsup"

No i just go straight to rccrawler.com...

We're in colorado now. 800mi into it. Stopping at. A rest stop to sleep a few hrs. Ill update when we leave the rest stop...

Well nebraska was horrible. After the rest stop we headed out again... Now we're west of denver going through the rockies, i feel sooo good to be back in the mountains.

pity you couldnt post pics of some of the journey.
could make for a very entertaining thread.

We will pass on what you do at the truck stops.

How much longer berfore you get back? I need those shocks.....

well we're back... we got home about 4:30 yesterday afternoon. we went straight to sleep. 26 hrs on the road killed both of us. we only stopped for fuel and to sleep for 2 hrs.

colorado rocked, i wanna move now!! i wanna live in grand junction. we didnt even stop there and i saw 5 rock buggies! we took 76 and 70 all the wat through CO, so im sure i was within spitting distance from some of you guys. utah was cool, it always is. but it felt good to be home. especially coming home to a new pool table in my living room!
