Brah, sofa king awesome! Can't wait to see it in person. But those steel toed slippah might get you introuble wit OSHA. LOL.

and then.........
Busy week at work, yearly audit & re-cert, hate that shiiiiiit, always slows everything to a crawl.

........and then, I think the tranfer case hangs too low. Thinking about cutting the bottom rails off again. I dont think I can raise the engine, the aircleaner already sticks out past the cowl.

Also stuck with the link mounts, but I think that can be solevd after I do something about the transfer case.

Well, I got the rear upper & lower link mounts on, but not sure I like them either. This has got me thinking of going to an scx frame for the skid, link mounts, & front half. I'd probably chop it after the rear links.

Apparently, you aren't taking your probation on "Team Slow Ass Builder" very seriously.:ror: Glad to see your making faster progress than I would have.

Is my probation over yet? I've taken a long enough break."thumbsup":ror:

Well, finally got the frame back from a friend. He was supposed to do something for me, but I changed my mind. Then it took forever to get it back from him.

In the mean time, I built a honcho to test out some things. I stretched the WB to 12 3/4", will probably go to 13". Put a summit trans in w/Jason's mount. Thanks bro."thumbsup"

Now with the tube back in my hands I can make some progress again. I'm ditching the RC3WD stuff in favor of the Axial axles & summit trans. I'll also use the scx frame rails. While looking at everything & planning a course of action it appears as if the tube will have to bolt on to the frame rails. There is no way the trans would be able to go in or out if welded together.

I spent my luck break thurs & fri cutting the bottom of chassis off below the bottom of door line & making the tabs to mount to the rails. Monday I'll get it welded on & should be able to move on to the shock hoops.

I'll get pics tomorrow.
