DT's WranglAR - Just another Jeep

HeyOk hooked it up fast with getting a new controller out to me. I didn't know stuff could get from Canada to Florida so quickly. He even quoted me about 2 weeks from when he shipped it.

Everything works great and I'll be winching on the trail this weekend! Thanks Al, and to Robert from KMS being ready just in case it was not the controller. It's great for the hobby that these two guys work so closely with each other.

Thank you,,, AL is a great guy and really cares about his customers. "thumbsup"
Now orders from KMS ,,,,Go have fun with that beautiful Rig,,,

Beautiful rig!!! Do you get enough steering with the vp scale hubs/chubs? And do you use the paper gasket between the axial hd gears and the fi spool?

That's how memories are made.Enjoy!!!

Looks like a great time, bud! Can't wait till my kiddo is good enough to control my Wraith so we can go trail runnin'.

Thanks guys! I have waited 4 years to be able to take the boy with me. It was a special day.

Thank you! I get plenty of steering. 45* is enough for me anyway, the OD front gears help too. I can make turns that wraiths (adult driven) have to make 3 points turns. No I don't use the paper gasket. It would shim the gear further away than I want it for mesh.

Good stuff, thanks!!

The WranglAR endured heavy carnage today, rolling off of the top of the hill climb a couple times. It is quite violent when 10lb trucks tumble down steep hills.

The good news is that the vp light bar still works!

The South Florida Scale Crawlers club had a group crawl tonight that I was trail boss for, it was a great time! My steering servo broke, but I knew it was coming. It has been going for a while and served a hard life in my USRCCA 1.9 comp rig which was shared with another driver at local and national competitions for a few years before finding its way into the WrangAR.

Lined up at the trailhead. (Cell pic)

Group shot! I used my Nikon for this shot.
