So I've never really done anything to my transmissions beside metal gears but I'm building a truck right now and all I have left is the trans. I've got the case, output shafts gears etc. I bought a slipper eliminator from lurc and so my dumb question is or 2 questions is can I use any of the spur gears and what pieces do I need to with the slip eliminator? Like the nut and spring etc... which pieces do I use with it. Thanks in advance for any help for my stupidity. Oh and I'm using the scx10 trans (ax10?) Not the 2 speed

Once you have the slipper eliminator in hand you will immediately notice that it comes with a nut, a threaded top shaft, 3-3mm screws, and a backing plate.

The backplate fits snuggly on the slipper eliminators keyed/grooved area.
There should be a nut that threads onto the eliminator shaft, this nut holds the backplate in place on the LURC top shaft (no spring required).
The three screws hold your spur gear onto the backplate.

I’m not too sure about all the stock plastic gears that can be used with the LURC slipper eliminator, I used a Robinson Racing Products steel spur gear meant for the AX10 ( RRP1558 ).
