E10 motor and pinion setup, Which one?

I am looking to upgrade my E10 motor to a 20,27, or 35 turn.

My question is, what pinion setup do I need to order??

Is there a chart that could help me out with this?

We've been running a 27 turn with a 15t pinion for a while. Decent speed. Crawls good. Haven't torn anything up.

I have a 27 with a 17t pinion. Goes as slow as you need to and will blast up some rocks.
