after all the trucks and cars i have built with light i am very frusterated with light connections. the wires always snag or when your in a hurry you pull the body off forgetting the wire is there. :x

for my 57 truggy with only headlights in the body and everything else on the frame i wanted to make it easier to wire the body. instead of jst plugs or mini deans or even servo plugs.

what i decided to do was use a way i saw done a long time ago. washers on the body mounts and body wired into the lights. with the wires soldered to the washers
truck side. since i used a different mounting style i had to glue the washer in place

once everything is glued and in place it makes great contact. after i cleaned off the excess glue.
