I make a little test yesterday with the Reely "Berg" and I have not a other body...

but the watercan is my normal body ...:shock:

this Kit is a RTR an cost in Euro 399,-

my question is ... can any enRoute owner see a differenz between this Reely and the original enroute berg (okay the color...) ?

Wow that damn expensive for the thing you can use.
Only the axles and steering set up is useable, ok the chassis will work with some work. but gosh that spendy 1.28x399=510,- dollar:shock:

but when I buy a Berg in US 350.- + 19% + shipping = 380.- Euro = 486 USD without Tires, Motors and the rest ....

okay the RTR thing are crap .. but it´s drive for the first time...

Ya i know, its the same here too (The Netherlands), stupiud high prices due the high taxes that must be payed double(trough the shop and then again by the customer).

But why not buy the Berg axles from tcs, not cheap either but cheaper than bying it with the crappy stuff thats included

have fun anyway!, not much berg crawlers here in western europe, would you know when the next big nationals are in Felsenmehr?

the next Supercrawl in Germany is at 1.April 2009 but not in the Felsenmeer ... at a place near them ... with the same skills ..

I own the Reely Crawler. Like you said, I spent 399 euro before I knew there was an American version, but being an American soldier in Germany, I was able to use the VAT form to knock off the 19% sales tax. The crawler isn't a bad RTR, but I haven't gotten to put it to the test yet.
