2014 EPARCC Comp #1 - RINGING ROCKS - MARCH 30TH - COMBO W/ GSRCRC
REGISTRATION THREAD
Ringing Rock Park - March 30th 2014
Location: Ringing Rocks Park, PA Ringing Rocks Rd., Upper Black Eddy, PA 18972
- All garbage must be removed including cigarettes.
- No running of "fast" electric or nitro cars ie slash etc
- No alcohol
- Cussing to a minimum
- Waivers must be signed to order to compete. If you are new and havn't signed one see Pat or you can't start.
Failure to follow these simple requests puts use of the site at risk and will result in a 150 for this and the next comp (and pat / dez will pay you a visit)
Classes:
1.9, 2.2 "S" & 2.2pro (maybe we'll give the TRAIL CLASS a go)
Fee: $5.00 per Class
Schedule:
-8:15 am-8:50am
- Course building
- Vehicle tech and entry fee and also a 50/50. Raffle is $1.00 per ticket , buy as many as you wish. Entry fee is $5.00 for 1st class , $5.00 for each other class. So if you run both classes 2.2 and 2.2S, You owe $10.00, 1.9,2.2pro & 2.2 "S" = $15.00. Please bring singles and or 5 dollar bills.
-8:50am -drivers meeting. MANDATORY FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS.
-9:10-am all courses are open to run. 1.9 and 2.2 "S"
-11:00am-4:00pm- 2.2 Pro Courses open
*Comp will run from 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. If you are not at the comp site by 9am you dont run.This buffer is for people who get lost or are stranded on the side of road. If you wake up late dont call at 8:30am and say you will be there at 9:30. Cause you will not be allowed on the courses. Until all of the other drivers that made it on time are done with all there courses.And if you run 2.2 "S" you will be SOL , Once a course is deemed closed its CLOSED. If we have already started running 2.2's again your f@#$ed if you run 2.2 "S" , cause we will not set up the supers course again.
*2.2 "S" and 1.9 will be run first and then followed by 2.2 PRO.
*We will be following the 2013 USRCCA rules. Should you have any questions...Please ask.
