Exceed MaxStone 8 motor upgrade?

New to the hobby and really like it so far! I have an Exceed 8 Max Stone.

As many of you understand, I want to make better "more power"

Does anyone have a recommendation for a motor/ESC upgrade for this set up.
I have many RC hell's so I have 3S lipos and would love to use them for the crawler as well.

Please help with suggestions.
