I would like to paint flat black on Lexan from the inside. I read that the way to do this is paint regular black and then spray flat clear coat on the exterior. The recommendation I found was Tamiya PS-55 Flat clear because it's made for lexan, but Tower doesn't stock it! Would this work instead?

I don't want it to flake off like "regular" paints do on lexan..

I've used Spaz Stix "No-Shine" Matte Finish Exterior Spray Paint with good results before. Tower doesn't have it, but a lot of other places do.
