Flat spotted tires

Recently picked up a great deal on 2 scx10's that I couldn't pass up. The Sawback now has some company.

Problem is the Honcho which has Treapadors on it & the Wrangler has Swamper TSL's on it both have flat spots in the tires from a long time spent sitting on a shelf.
I drove these around today for bout 15-20 minutes each & the spots didn't work themselves out.
Do you think these spots will eventually round out with more time run on them?
The wobble they do is just sickening to drive, looks like a opossum with a full belly trying to run away

My trucks sit for a couple of weeks at a time. I have six so I alternate between them. They all have flat spots when first run but work themselves out within minutes. I know I should place them on stands to get them off of their tires. Yours may take some time to work out if they have been sitting for a long time but should.

It depends on the tire compound and foams you have but should eventually round back out, if stored without weight on them.

I found this rack in LHS that prevents that problem. I really like it, the rods are adjustable so you can make it work for different sized rigs…

Hey thanks guys for the quick replies, appreciate it! I think I'll just have to run em a bit more to get em to work back to roundness.
Really like that rack you got there, that sure looks better than me storing mine upside down on the shelving "thumbsup"

I would like more info on your rack Arjeeprider. If you could come up with a manufacturers name I would appreciate it.

Tires are fine now :) I mounted them onto the sct today & rammed round the house on the carpet & that lil exercise stretched em out & they seem to have come out of it.
Thanks, signed Happy Once Again
