Flysky GT3b camera mount hack

So I wanted to go out for a crawl and film so was running around the house trying to figure out how.

Then I remembered I had a Blitzwolf Bluetooth phone tripod in the drawer.

Bit of double side tape later and I have this!

This is the prototype and I will now design and 3d print a proper mount which will allow it to be removed used as a tripod in the field as well.

Benefits of this setup
Extendable pole
Rotatable phone mount
Bluetooth shutter control.

That's a really cool set up I like it, how does it feel with it extended way out with a phone on it? I came up with a different way but yours may be better.

I was wondering that too. Faux gyro advantage or shaky cam? I'll post my version in a separate thread so as not to hijack.

Yeah small movements at the transmitter equalled a bit of shake at the camera. it will take some getting used to, I was trying to film my go fast rig and that was quite challenging trying to keep it in frame.

I think filming a crawler would be a lot easier and equal better result.

It was really hand being able to extend it out, angle it up and film car level without having to bend down too low.

I am looking now at V2 and incorporate a 3 axis gimbal.
