Ford F650 Super Truck ,on 54" Tsl's

I brazed the frame on my rails, and fought with my rear axle to get it to rotate properly, for 2 hours. even filed down the straight shafts... Grrr.
Nothing I do allows the axles to rotate without wobble.

Tips?
Should I send the hh spools back?

My current tablet does not take pictures well...

Sounds like it's not mesh right,Give or take some shims.I'm not to familiar with the HH spools, but wouldn't it be a straight forward upgrade
Wonder if the bearings are seated properly...
Or maybe your axle are upside down or you should be flip the HH spool..

In one rotation the axle shafts go from /[]\ to \[]/ actually bending the housing if I put screws in the lockouts.
I guess I can file down the flats on the axle shafts a bit more but have already started a touch of slop on one side.

To bad you didn't have any pics to get a better understanding of what's going on,but filing the shafts not sure if that's a good thing...
did you use the stock axles for the HH spools....
and are you referring to just the rear axle when it go like this \ / / \ or was the whole drive train attach....Maybe the lockout screws are to long touching the axles

Its really hard to see in pictures...
It is acting like the axles are not sitting straight in the spool and is rotating in a arc.
I just ordered some stock axial spools so I can continue the build without fighting it so much.

I've ran a few sets of hotvracing spools with no issues.

I'd take a closer look at your assembly. More often then not it's the nut behind the wheel who also does the wrenching that is causing problems

I have had locker problems with the vanquish ones and stock axle shafts . If you put the the screws in for the locker i bet it is bending the end of the shaft putting a bow in the axle shaft giving it a tight wobble . My suggestion is dont use the set screws lol . I just went back and read your post again . Are you using stock axial rear shafts? If so just dont use the shaft set screws . If you look closely i bet the end of the axle shaft does not fully extend past the set screw opening and i bet there is a small hole drilled on the bottom side of it . When you use the set screw it will bend the end of the shaft because there is no support for shaft as the screw is tightened.
