i have played every Forza Motorsport game since forza 2. i personally have never hacked or put anything up for sale that could be considered offensive, the most offensive thing ive put up is the f-bomb camaro made by nelson racing engines design and vinyl groups on my storefront. here is a link to the car:

Nelson Racing Engines - Nelson Supercar #001

two months ago i get on forza 4 to play and notice that i am banned for a month. i thought nothing of it and just waited out the ban which ended on 4-5-14. when i got unbanned i put stuff on my storefront, didnt put the f-bomb camaro up because i thought it was why i was banned.

i get on forza the next day (4-6-14) and check out my storefront and auctions. EVERYTHING was under review! so i thought it was because i just got unbanned and waited to see if everything was ok.

i got on forza the day after before work just to see if everything was ok, only to find out that im banned for 20 years! so after work that day i got the contact info for turn 10 because they made forza. after getting an auto reply from them i contacted microsoft directly to see if they could give me a phone number. at first the employee i talked to had no idea who turn 10 even was but eventually said the only way to contact them was through email.

so that is what i did, after receiving the same email at least a dozen times it seems that they do not care about people that play their games and will just ban them for 20 years for no reason. there is also no repeal process to go through or i would have already started it.

so am i the only person on here that is banned on forza 4 for 20 years with no explanation why?

I got banned from there also. I sent them an email and they replied with how to get unbanned. Their instructions sucked though. I ended up getting my dick stuck in the ceiling fan!

I got this off their support page. I was going to suggest bringing it up on their Facebook page, But it looks like that is a no no.
Did you receive a message explaining the details?

-I received a message stating that my Gamertag has been banned. What did I do wrong?

All Forza games including Forza Horizon and Forza Motorsport 4 have the ability to enforce adherence to fair play through the use of game-specific bans.
Bans are specific to a player’s profile, so changing a banned player’s gamertag does not eliminate a ban.
A player can be banned from Forza independently of other Xbox LIVE enforcement actions. It is possible to be banned from these games, but still be able to use Xbox LIVE and play other games online.
Single player gameplay, online features not related to the ban, and accessing Season Pass and DLC are not affected by bans and still accessible to banned players.
A message explaining the details of the ban will appear when attempting to access the impacted feature.
Players banned due to hacking or mods will receive a connection error when trying to access online features and a message explaining the ban will be available in the message center, accessible from the pause menu.

Generally players are banned for repeated demonstrations of offensive behavior, cheating or unfair play. Players can also be banned for accessing content licensed to a banned profile. Examples of unacceptable behavior include:

• Violating the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use
• Violating the Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct
• Cheating or griefing in online games, such as intentionally crashing into other players
• Playing on a hacked or modified a console or profile
• Sharing a console or content with banned profiles

Offenses will lead to a temporary, or even permanent, ban from that feature. An offence that involves hacking or using a modified console will always result in a permanent ban that blocks access to all online features of the game.

There is no appeal process for bans.

Questions about the banning policy are prohibited on the forums or Auction House. Any discussion of these matters should be directed via EMAIL ONLY to Turn 10 at
forzafb@microsoft.com.

Who the fawk has time to worry about a damn video game? ...NOBODY cares about your virtual world of super cars. :flipoff:

LOL

Something similar happened in GT6 yesterday. Hackers are being banned for manipulating the game.
They are going so far as writing programs outside of the game that allow you to hack in. dorks.

and

That's what you get for playing Forza. :flipoff:

Forza is definately on its way out, I wouldnt sweat it. I dont see how it can keep going after putting out what it calls its latest installment with an equally crappy "horizon 2" to follow. Its like getting banned from Somalia, sure you are banned but who cares?

i have to agree. im a diehard forza player, Forza 1-4, twice a week series for 2-3 years or so.
forza is the only game i play though.
but i didnt make the jump to F5 and Xbox one. $499 + $59 for half the cars, half the tracks, and half the modes. no thanks.
no current plans to make the jump to F5/Xone

Virtual motor sports? I did a few series with them, lots of fun too bad there's no replays anymore to check for legal builds. I would paint for hours at a time on 3/4 even won a weekly t10 comp once, but 5 killed it for me.

the message i get for trying to use an impacted feature is: Your gamer tag has been banned from this feature. For more information about Xbox LIVE;s terms and services agreement, please visit ForzaMotorsport.net.
which really doesn't say why I'm banned at all.

i don't believe that i violated the terms of use or code of conduct polices, i dont intentionally cheat or grief anybody online. the only thing i did online was in private races. i dont have a hacked or modified console, and i didnt share anything with a banned profile because i dont know anybody else thats banned on there

i would move to xbox one and forza 5 but whats the point? there is nothing good out on xbox one besides forza 5 that i cant already play on 360

Go outside and play with toy trucks. It's way more fun, trust me. Plus you get exercise and fresh air. :ror:"thumbsup"

I know people who have been banned for selling the gmc van with. Free candy painted on the side.

I have received multiple million dollar cars as gifts from a friend who figured out a money hack.

Pretty sure he got banned. I did not.

But I have not played forza online since gta5 came out.
Still love to rip shit on fujimi tho

The iRacing forums has a section where people can make money with digital paint schemes. If you're good with graphics, it's an easy way to get some cash into your PayPal account.

I don't know, I was talking to a customer at work today and we both were thinking the same thing now that the weather is getting decent. Leave the XBox alone and go out and play with the trucks!

I haven't touched my xbox in weeks. The snow is almost completely gone and I've had my trucks out every possible chance. I'm gonna be burned out by June. :ror:
