Jesse , You are doing great man! I think the body is coming along well and I cant wait to see how far you take it! Kudos! Cool setup, I have been resisting buying an Iphone but this makes me want one!

this doesnt sound very cheap at all... even on a contract an iPhone is like $200, I guess you can get them used for about that too but you can get started well off into a REAL FPV system for $200-300, and then the camera strapped to the car/truck isn't a $500+ iPhone but a $30-60 camera instead.

thanks for sharing, but defenatly not cheap. (unless you have an iPhone already and are willing to strap it to your car/plane and stay within wifi range.. lame)

I'm on verizon and I will end up spending around 50 bones to upgrade minus the data fee which I will pay regardless... and with a 20 dolla pelican case I'm in. Or, I could drop coin an a gopro... then it would cost some candy. With a good case the phone would be fine. EBAY yep. Just my $.02

and you are not limited to wifi since you iPhones have 3g internet you can drive you car from australia to mexico along as you have 3g signal and radio range haha should try that

yeah it looks good but remember the iPhone has 3g also so if you have 3g you could drive any where you want in the world its now a radio range problem
the real question is can i hack the stock remote for more range
