I don't know much about the 4pk but it shouldn't affect your drag brake, that is conttolled by your ESC and its strength will not be very good unless you have a powerfull motor. You should be able to reset the radio to Default and then put in Harleys settings, if that doesn't clear it up I don't know what would. I am not sure how to set it to default but a search on Google should turn up the results.

It kinda sounds to me like you need to recalibrate the radio to the esc, that could cause your odd throttle issues.

Most likely a set up issue with the ESC. Try reprogramming the ESC to the radio again. And to get good info we need to know more about what your running,ESC,battery, are we talking 2 ESC's? I am guessing yes sense you have a 4PK.

fxr's are set up out of box for forward stop reverse, you'll have to change it to F\R forward/reverse for instant action"thumbsup" also recalibrate radio to esc
