Futaba amazing customer service!!!

I recently bought a Futaba 4PL with the intent of running a dual esc setup on a berg. I received the radio last week and it required a software update. Not realizing this until Monday of this week, I shipped my radio to Futaba over night on Tuesday which they would have received Wednesday. The update was done and the radio is back in my hands on Friday. I did enclose a note to them asking them to get the radio back to me as quick as possible since I wanted to crawl this weekend. They did and I am a super happy camper! All my radios will be futaba from now on!!
 
It doesn't matter if Taco Bell did the programming update. It's Futaba's customer support that is being applauded.

It was not Futaba's customer support that took care of the issue in an expeditious manner..........it was a third party. I had to send back a Spectrum radio back and guess what, it was sent to the same place (same address)as the Futaba radio. Neither here nor there, still great service.

Congrats on getting your 4PL back so quick.
