Gen 8 stock Irok and injora 3 piece beadlock wheels

Far from my first set of beadlocks, I have almost given up and ready to buy another set of tires. Anyone else have problems installing the Gen 8 Scout IROK SS on to Injora 3 piece beadlocks, the center ring is machine for relief of the rubber. Tried soap, baby oil, etc but for the life of me and other tool made to help install tires and wheels I can not mount these things together. Is the inner bead of the tire that much bigger when compared to others?

for realy stubern tires i use super glue and glue the tire to the bead lock ring with vary small amounts of glue then assemble them the glue usualy lets go before i take them apart ive never seen a tire rim combo this dident work on
glue one side at a time and make sure its dry before moving on to the other side
